Order Processing Time
All Guilt-Free orders are carefully packed and shipped from our fulfilment centre in Victoria, Australia. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Victorian public holidays). You will receive a notification with your tracking number the moment your order is dispatched.
Shipping Destinations & Rates
To ensure a seamless and transparent checkout experience, we offer the following shipping tiers:
- Australia (Domestic): Free Standard Tracked Shipping on all orders.
- New Zealand: Free Standard Tracked Shipping (Australia Post) on all orders.

- New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing and biosecurity screening can add time, particularly on international orders.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
We complete all outgoing Australian export declarations on your behalf.
New Zealand: New Zealand Customs does not collect duty or GST at the border on consignments valued at NZ$1,000 or less, so a typical Guilt-Free order arrives with nothing extra to pay. If a single shipment exceeds NZ$1,000, it may attract New Zealand GST (15%), duty and border clearance fees, and these are the recipient’s responsibility. Imported food is occasionally inspected by New Zealand biosecurity, which can add a day or two to delivery.
