What "certified organic" actually proves

Why we publish the number, not the adjective

“Organic” on a jar is not a vibe. Certified organic is a verified standard, and it matters more than people realise.

It holds the whole chain accountable, not just us: the grower, the processor, the handlers, all held to the same strict rules before the jar reaches your kitchen. It means cleaner growing, minimising synthetic pesticides and fertilisers, and caring for the soil and water underneath it all. And organic is automatically non-GMO, because genetic modification simply is not allowed under the rules.

So when we say USDA Certified Organic, we are not decorating the label. We are pointing at a paper trail.

This is trick four on a monk fruit label, and it is the easiest one to catch. Anyone can type the word. Far fewer can name who checked.

Product certifications (these belong to the product, so we claim them directly and proudly): USDA Certified Organic · Non-GMO · Gluten Free · Certified Kosher · Halal · Keto Friendly.

Free from the big allergens. The extract is documented free from peanut, tree nuts, sesame, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, soy, wheat and gluten, mustard, sulphites — even corn. Not present in the product, not on the lines, not in the facility.

Made to a global standard. Made in a facility certified to FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP and cGMP standards.

Tested, not assumed. Every production batch is HPLC lab-tested, so the purity on the label is verified, not just promised.
